Upper body Strength Training
Sculpt and tone a lean, strong upper body you've always wanted. Each training session is designed to build muscle, which will help fire up that fat burning furnace and pack on lean mass. The more lean mass you put on the less body fat your body will hold on to and the leaner you'll look! Get ready to gain muscle and build a fit body!

Cardio & Core

In this training session your heart rate is elevated and kept high throughout the workout using many different methods of training to make your heart muscle stronger, allowing you to build stamina and endurance. Be prepared with a strong mind to take on this workout!

Lower body strength training 

Working your legs is important for a well rounded training program and body! Leg exercises help to release HGH a hormone responsible for the building of muscle and burning body fat. Get ready to lift your way into a new leaner, stronger you! Lower body training is guaranteed to leave you feeling strong!

Friday 
 

HiiT-high, intensity, interval training

 In this training session, we will combine strength, cardio and callisthenic exercises alternating between intense bursts of activity and fixed periods of less-intense activity or even complete rest. The added bonus is that HIIT workouts burn calories for 24-36 hours after you workout. This will allow you to go into your weekend with a metabolism burning 10% more calories at rest! Turn up your calorie burn just in time for the weekend!

Body Strong is a Free Weightlifting workshop and Run club offered the first and second Saturday of each month. 
 

LIFTING CLUB (Noel)
First Saturday of the Month
Learn and practice different weightlifting and strength building techniques. Gain the confidence to perform exercises correctly while building a library of different lifting skills & techniques to help you continue to enhance your training and physique goals. 
Every 4 weeks we will explore a new weightlifting exercise. There will  be a workout offered to practice different lifting skills, styles & techniques. Space limited to 10

7:00-8:30am. 

 

RUN CLUB (Tori)
Second Saturday of the Month
Learn how to vary your running workouts to push through your goals and set new ones. We will use a variety of  long distance, tempo, interval, and speed workouts. Each class will include stretching and mobility work to improve running. The class will provide a 5k or 10k training template and a list of suggested races local to the Milwaukee area. Meet up location may vary based upon workout plans
