  • 1-30-minute FaceTime or Skype BODYfit call to go over health history, fitness and physique goals. (Please note this is when we will determine the length of your prep)

  • Body Boutique mobile app

  • Custom weightlifting program

  • Cardio schedule

  • Nutrition guidelines (IIFYM-if, it, fits, your macronutrients)

  • Supplement suggestions

  • 1-30-minute plan distribution follow up call

  • Facebook nutrition & training support group

  • 1 weekly check in via BB fitness app

  • Plan adjustments when needed

  • Show recommendations

  • 1-30-minute posing session (you can add on more sessions as you would like).

  • Show day hair, makeup and tanning recommendations

  • Show day check list

  • Post shows reverse dieting (30 days support included-if you need more time and support we will determine that together)

 

Competition Prep Package: $199.00/mo

 

  • All plans are distributed in 90-day increments. 

  • All payments will be auto recurring on the 1st of each month.

  • Progress photos and body metrics uploaded to app

  • Nutrition plan uploaded to app

  • Nutrition logging

  • Progress stats and personal bests are recorded

  • Workout routines are right on the app and, if you don't know how to perform an exercise, a demonstration is provided

 

Please note:

 

For organizational purposes, you will be assigned a check-in day based on your life and schedule if you do not check in at that time your questions and progress will not be addressed until the next check in date.

 

Checking in will be a key component to our success as a team. Check-ins promote accountability to your training program and goals. If you do not check in your trainer can not make adjustments to your plan.
