Body Sculpt is a whole new way to "resculpt " every inch of your body.
Using an intense fusion of barre fitness and traditional Pilates, Body Sculpt focuses on strengthening and lengthening every muscle group.
This class uses a combination of isometric holds, resistance bands, Pilates balls and your own bodyweight to reshape your body, drastically increase core strength, posture and flexibility!
Body Sculpt is designed to work; both quickly and efficiently, to achieve maximum results in both body and mind.
