BODYFIT Consultation

Our BODYFIT consultation was designed 
for us to get an understanding of your current health and fitness level, determine your fitness goals & discuss the best program to meet your individual needs.


During Each BODYFIT consultation will be going over the following fitness tests

  1. Body composition-weight, measurements, body fat

  2. Muscle strength (push-up test)

  3. Muscle endurance (sit up test) 

  4. Cardiovascular test (5 min walk test)


The BODYFIT consultation coupled with your goals and health history will help me put together a safe and effective custom fitness program as we move forward with the best training & nutrition option custom fit to your body specifics and goals


Key things to remember:

  • Wear comfortable fitness clothing and gym shoes

  • Bring water

  • Eat something light, like a small piece of fruit-example 1/2 banana. DO NOT eat a big meal right before,

  • Do not exercise vigorously beforehand 

  • Get a good nights rest
